Trauma Revolution

This painting represents my story of complex trauma and recovery. Each canvas is snapshot of stages in my journey, which is convoluted and sometimes hindered by both physical and mental health. The titles are Fear Rage & Despair, Hope & Hypomania, Compassion Focused Therapy, Arran Respite, Pain & Depression, Meditation, with Recovery being supported by Wellbeing from time connecting to nature at the top of the collective.
