Colours of my mental health

By Abbie Gladwin

Emotions and feelings that the colours evoke. I want to encourage the viewer to look at the artwork from different angles. The natural forms create flowing movements, as well as the water marks I used for the inks and watercolour pencils. For myself I find greens and blues really calming. While the reds, oranges and yellows represent the anger and frustration. The pinks, purples and blacks depict feelings of uncertainty and being overwhelmed.
